All items purchased from zinklondon.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

For merchandise shipped within India, additional Taxes (at the applicable rate) will have to be paid over and above the discounted price for products on sale. Applicable taxes will be charged on MRP not on discounted prices. Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product. With respect to items sold on zinklondon.in we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

If an item correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by zinklondon.in. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees with approx. conversion rate in US Dollars. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.
