We at Zink London work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion trends at affordable prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 5 days of delivery.

The Return process -

Online Return/Exchange - You can return or exchange an item online at by following the below steps:

• Log in to your account at
• Go to 'Purchase History' under 'My Account' section
• Click on the 'Return' button next to the Order you wish to make a return from
• Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process

Remember the below points in order to make the returns easy and simple -

• Returns/exchange request need to be within 5 days of the delivery of product

• Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds

• All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. There should not be any perfumes or body odour on the garment

• Shipping Charges are non-refundable

• In case you receive a damaged/defective garment, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a photo at [email protected]

• If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 2 days after the return request is raised

• If any returned item that is received by us does not meet the above mentioned conditions, then the returns will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case

• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service

• In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Fresco Global Pvt Ltd (Zink London). In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer's account towards shipping costs. This will be done after the quality check of all the received items

How do you return?

• Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.

• Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. The refund of the product is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.
